The session

  • Beginning of session

    We initially commence the session by discussing your issues or challenges, exploring the theme of your process and clarifying your goals and intentions for the session. You will come to the session having completed a client history form that is emailed to you.

  • The Breathe

    The process involves active breathing while laying down for an hour. You enter an altered state of consciousness, activating and releasing suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs in the subconscious. Typically you will experience three releases where they have connected to a deeper truth or insight into what is causing your challenges.

  • Integration

    You can experience immediate and clear awareness that is transformational, or more subtle effects that result in feeling lighter, clearer and more at peace.

    Known as the integration phase, you will take time realigning with your day-to-day life after experiencing an internal shift, changing outlooks, values, choices, decisions and behaviour. You will notice shifts in relationships, work and your sense of fulfilment.
