Support for navigating overwhelm, stress, and life transitions through embodied, experiential work.

A calm, experiential approach that works with the body, breath, and relationship — not just the mind

I offer grounded, embodied support for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, and life transitions.

My work integrates therapeutic understanding with breath-based and body-focused practices, supporting change that happens not just through insight, but through felt experience. I work relationally and at a pace that respects each person’s nervous system and capacity.

People often come to this work when talking alone hasn’t been enough, or when they sense that what they’re carrying needs to be met at a deeper, embodied level. My role is to offer a steady, respectful space where this can unfold with care and integrity.

I’ve worked with individuals for many years across counselling, therapy, and coaching contexts. My approach is calm, collaborative, and experiential, creating space for regulation, clarity, and reconnection to emerge naturally.

I work with clients online, in person, and through group-based learning and experiential programs.
